
Gaining Customers: Who are these people?
Before we run ahead with marketing strategies and product ideas, we have to first know who our clients are and what they need from us most.
Here's the cycle of this "getting customers" path:
1) Develop products/services that your client wants/needs.
2) Pave a clear path for them to travel that leads them to work with you.
3) Nurture relationships so that clients enjoy and look forward to hearing from you and working with you.
4) Become the go-to gal in your industry.
