
Fall Goal Refresh
It's a new season --- time for a goal refresh.
Start by completing the Life Evaluation exercise. Yes... you just did this 90-days ago, but things change and an update is in order.
Remember, your 90-days goals, once established, need to have some measurement and tracking. That means you need to determine what action steps are something you need to work on all month with some measured progress or are action steps to do each week or are action steps that need your daily consistency. Use the tracking sheets provided to get yourself organized.
And... Once you know your goals, you've mapped out what needs a monthly, weekly and daily focus, now you MUST carve out time to apply these action steps to real ...well, action!
Step #1: Each Sunday night, review your calendar and determine what time you have that week to devote to your action steps.
Step #2: Write the time to work on your action steps on your calendar like an appointment
Step #3: Do it!
Step #4: As you roll around to your Sunday night routine (step #1) evaluate your progress on this goal. Do you need more time? More effort? Are you on track?
