#73: My best tips for better journaling

If you've been around here for any length of time, you know how much I absolutely love journaling! I believe in its power and in its healing as well as the perspective and awareness that comes from this practice. In this episode, I am sharing five benefits of putting journaling into your routine and then to top it all off... I am giving you my best tips on how to get started if you've never journaled before or maybe fallen a bit rusty in the practice.

  • Journaling reduces clutter in your heart and mind so your creativity and productivity can flourish

  • Journaling makes your goals concrete with clear concepts and ideas of how to reach them

  • Journaling brings to mind the lessons life’s circumstances are teaching you and helps you to learn more about yourself in these situations

  • Journaling develops self-improvement with better mindsets, perspectives and positivity

  • Journaling creates a story of your growth and a track record of your journey
