It's where you can track your progress and confidently project your success. Having a clear metrics formula does take time to tweak and hone in on. However, if you develop the process and commit to doing the work each month, you will see measured results.
The best reward for metric-keeping is that you will no longer have to guess as to what you'll be making in three months. While it is true that the law of averages can be broken, it is also true that the business owner that measures success meets success.
