My story didn’t start on a stage… It started in a place most people don’t talk about.
For years, I was doing all the right things. I was involved in my community. Advancing in my career. Leading in my church.
From the outside, everything looked like it was working. But internally, something wasn’t right. I felt empty. Disconnected.
And unsure of who I really was or where I was headed. So I did what most people do. I tried to fix it.
I invested in seminars, workshops, and retreats. I read the books. I changed routines, habits—even parts of my life that looked fine from the outside.
But none of it gave me what I was actually looking for:
Clarity.
Direction.
A way to live in alignment with who I was created to be.
And eventually… everything came undone. I didn’t find answers in the process of “figuring it out.” I found them after I lost everything I thought was holding my life together. It was in that place—when everything felt uncertain and stripped back—that I finally stopped looking for the next solution and started facing the real issues underneath it all.
That’s where everything changed.
I began to understand what had actually been missing:
Not more information.
Not more effort.
Not more pressure to “get it right.”
I needed awareness.
I needed alignment.
And I needed a way to take action that actually matched the life I was meant to live.
That experience didn’t just change my life. It shaped the work I do now.
Today, I help individuals and teams cut through the noise, realign their priorities, and take action on what actually matters. Not based on theory. But based on real life, hard lessons, and the process of rebuilding from the ground up.
Because here’s what I believe:
Everything we need to move forward already exists. We just don’t always see it clearly. Sometimes we need someone to:
Clear the fog
Challenge our thinking
Help us see what’s actually happening
And give us a path forward
That’s the work I do.
This isn’t about doing more. It’s about doing what matters.
This is about awareness. Alignment. And action.
A little more about me…
GOTTA HAVES
I gotta have journals... lots of journals! I love to journal and I am slightly obsessed with all kinds of journals, planners, and well… office supplies in general! Please tell me I’m not the only one.
TREATS
Ice cream… it is my favorite! Baskin Robbins’ chocolate flavor is probably my absolute favorite. There’s nothing better, in my opinion, at the end of a long day than a decadent ice cream cone of chocolate.
MY ESCAPE
Yes, I’m a writer and writing is my creative escape. I’ve loved writing in some form or fashion since I was a little girl. I get it from my grandmother… she was pretty talented behind the typewriter.
