Christie is proud to be a speaker at this event.

This isn't your typical HR event, and it was never meant to be.

For one night, leave behind predictable presentations and "the way we've always done it." Step into the Twilight Zone, where bold ideas challenge convention, fresh perspectives spark conversation, and the future of work takes center stage.

Just one week before Halloween, DisruptHR Fort Wayne 4.0 returns with an evening that's thought-provoking, entertaining, and unlike anything else you'll attend this year.

Our lineup of 10–12 speakers will each have just five minutes to deliver one powerful idea. No fluff. No filler. Just rapid-fire presentations designed to inspire, challenge, and disrupt the way we think about leadership, culture, recruiting, technology, and the workplace.
