Hi, I’m Christie.

Many workspace development programs focus primarily on leadership, management, or performance. My approach starts somewhere different.

My approach is simple:
I believe healthy cultures are built when individuals understand their own purpose, strengths, motivations, and contributions - and when those elements connect to the larger mission of the organization.

Rather than focusing solely on top-down leadership strategies, I help teams create alignment from the inside out.

When people feel their personal purpose is connected to their work, when their personal vision is valued by their employer, and when they are clear about how their greatness contributes to the work they do…. communication improves, engagement increases, and cultures become stronger.
